Scrapbook organization

Scrapbook organization for a video is very similar to organizing a paper volume. You need a roadmap. In order to make your scrapbook template presentation presentable, you will lay it out just like a paper one. But in video lingo, we call it a script...just another word for an outline.

No, this isn’t like a movie script where every word is written down. It is more like a memory jogger or topic outline that you and your star (plus anyone else involved during the actual recording) can refer to so things move along smoothly.

  • How do you come up with topics for your scrapbook organization? It’s simple and fun.
  • Try circulating a “What do you want to know?” around the family and see what crops up. Also, spend a little time with your star and see what interests them. And a real good way to come up with scrapbook organization topics is just to brainstorm and decide what you’d like to know about your loved one. There must be things that you always wanted to know as you were growing up.

And remember...keep in mind that future generations will be seeing this so make topics interesting to them and not just minor things you are interested in.

So, get your creative memories thinking cap on and start collecting topics and thinking about a video scrapbook layout. You can find a complete memory builder list in our E-Book but to start you off try these...
